Rooms for Hire Our premises are flexible and can be hired at reasonable rates (Commercial and Voluntary sectors). For regular bookings we are always willing to negotiate a further reduction of these rates. Rooms of various sizes (see next menu pages) can be hired for : • Training events • Presentations • Meetings           • Interviews • Counselling sessions • Musicals, Theatre and similar events • Storage Please Note Commercial sector rates = Business for profit, Government funded services and Political Parties Voluntary sector rates =  Charities and not for profit Community Groups No food or drink is allowed in the Main Hall Bookings Policy Contact Reception between Monday - Friday, 10 am to 4.00 pm.  Call in or ring (01484 421461) to make a booking or request further information.  If you wish to provide your own refreshments you can hire the first floor kitchen for meetings on the 1st and 2nd floors, or hire a water boiler and crockery for the Ground Floor Meeting Room.  Prices on application for up to 10, 20 and 50 people.  You must provide your own tea and coffee, etc. Cancellation Policy Two weeks notice is required for cancellations, or full room hire price will be charged.
